Friends of Olympic College Foundation,
I am lucky to live close to Olympic College and many days, I walk into work. As I cross the Warren Avenue Bridge, I sometimes glimpse both the Olympic Mountains and Mount Rainier (Tahoma) with just a turn of my head. On a brilliantly sunny, crisp winter day, there isn’t anything more beautiful than the expanse of sky above the mountains that surround us. We are lucky to live here.
We are also lucky to be of service to Olympic College, our donors and the students at OC diligently working to transform their lives. Oprah Winfrey is attributed with saying, “A stranger’s compassion can make a world of difference.” Through the compassion of community members like you, we are making a world of difference here at OC – in the lives of students and, by extension, in the welfare of our broader community.
