The OC Alumni Association and the OC Culinary Arts Institute are teaming up once again to create the perfect six-course dinner for you and that special someone.

Valentine’s Dinner Menu

AMUSE COURSE: Goat Cheese Purse
with Maple Vinaigrette Needled Tri-Carrot Salad

SOUP COURSE: Curried Smoked Cashew
with Za’atar Crackers, Sumac Crema and Puffed Pearl Barley

SALAD COURSE: Warm Escarole Caesar
with Anchovy Cream Cheese Riata, Mustard Breaded Croutons, Parmesan Tuiles, Oven-Dried Tomatoes and Housemade Dressing

INTERMEZZO: Beet Berry Sorbet
