Chris Plemmons is a certified executive chef and OC culinary arts professor. A graduate of the Western Culinary Institute, he has operated his own restaurant, Poulsbo’s Inn at the Manor Farm, and spent nine years as executive chef at the Women’s University Club in Seattle. He’s also co-founder of the spice company, Two Snooty Chefs.
