External Scholarship Opportunities
The Foundation offers scholarships for students studying at Olympic College. However, there are scholarships offered by groups all across the country that you can apply for.
The Olympic College Foundation does not endorse any scholarships offered outside of Olympic College. Please read the guidance below on how to recognize a scam, and research each scholarship thoroughly before applying.

You may find scholarship opportunities that look too good to be true. These opportunities may be scams. Hint: If you are asked to pay an application fee or if awards are “guaranteed,” it is most likely a scam.
Scholarship Search Engines and WA State Grants
- The WashBoard Scholarship Matches – the Washboard is a free website that matches you with scholarships. They’re primarily aimed at students living in or attending school in Washington.
- CareerOneStop Scholarships – CareerOneStop is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor and compiles more than 9,500 scholarships, fellowships, grants, and other financial aid award opportunities.

Be sure to check the website of the group that is offering a scholarship, as deadlines and eligibility may change and not be updated on the search engines.
